All appointments are held over the phone or zoom. Phone readings are just as accurate and clear as in-person readings.

Before your reading, Makena takes a few moments to connect to your energy and “tune in” to the most important things in your life that Spirit would like to bring through. There is no difference in the accuracy of readings that are in person or over the phone/Zoom. There is nothing off-limits in terms of things that Makena can bring though, however, Spirit is in control. The most common saying is that Spirit brings through what we need to hear, not necessarily what we want to hear.
Common themes in readings include: career, relationships, life purpose/work, and of course communicating with loved ones who have passed away. If your primary reason for your appointment is to connect to a loved one that has crossed over please make a note of that when you book your reading so Makena can make sure to bring her attention to that.
A common concern with those new to this work is the fear that through a reading something “bad” or scary will come through. When connecting with Spirit Makena only asks for information that is helpful for the client to heal and grow. She is passionate about educating on the work she does and it is her greatest honor to allow Spirit to use her as a vessel to help others heal, learn, and grow. Readings are for everyone! Whether you are looking for clarity, guidance, or validation, Makena is here to support you in any way she can!
Makena suggests that before your reading you prepare some questions about some topics you would like to cover. It is important before your time with Makena that you set clear intentions of what you would like to discuss. Makena begins her readings by sharing what Spirit would first like to bring to your attention but there is always time for any questions that you may have. Readings not only provide beautiful and healing channeled messages but also guidance and practical next steps for you.
